There are currently three British brands that make up the group: Monitor Audio, Roksan and Blok, covering solutions for Hi-Fi, electronics, home theatre, architectural speakers, and Hi-Fi furniture. Due to the phenomenal success and growth that Monitor Audio Group has experienced over the last few years, we’re now turning our attention to our digital marketing strategy and expanding the Global Marketing team to ensure we can continue to support the continued ambitions of the Group: to reach a new wider audience through stimulating content and engaging storytelling via integrated digital strategies and communication.

We are now recruiting for a driven, tech-savvy digital marketer to join the team. It’s an exciting journey ahead for Monitor Audio Group, and we’d love you to be a part of it.

The role

You will be part of a small, agile, and fast-paced global marketing team and will play a significant role in the development of the digital marketing strategy and its deployment across the Monitor Audio, Roksan, and Blok brands. You will be central to the implementation of digital marketing and e-commerce activities, working closely with the wider marketing and cross-functional teams, including product design, acoustic engineering, sales, service, and operations, to execute successful digital marketing campaigns and meet strategic goals.

Main responsibilities

  • Develop, plan and execute annual digital marketing campaigns on time, on budget and against KPIs.
  • Drive the development of growth strategies across all brand websites and e-commerce functions, optimising conversion
  • Create compelling customer journeys via our e-commerce and D2C e-mail strategy, ensuring communications are deployed, optimised and delivered on KPIs
  • Proactively drive the growth of Monitor Audio Group CRM databases
  • Help deliver the strategy for brand social media sites to create an engaging plan across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn, including Influencer activation
  • Create monthly analytical reports and deliver to internal cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure insights and performance of campaigns are vocalised throughout the organisation, and new opportunities are highlighted

Who you are:

• You’ll have two years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce or e-tail environments – you’ll know and understand the environments (SEM, SEO, PPC, email & social) and know how to drive traffic, engagement, and revenue through the digital landscape and are now ready to take the next step and flex your digital muscles even further

• Enthusiastic and comfortable about building a brand, exploring new digital tools and up for a challenge – a start-up mentality is helpful

• Enjoys the dynamics of working in a small, agile, multicultural team with international reach and global challenges

• You’re happy to work independently, taking ownership and responsibility for your own tasks. You’ll need to be hands-on, flexible to changes and someone who works in a structured, systematic and mature fashion.

• To succeed in this role, you must indicate experience in Google Advertising and Analytics, e-mail marketing and e-commerce

• Experience in working with (any of these) MailChimp, Zapier, Snipcart, Amazon, or similar would be advantageous.

Interfaces and Reporting Lines:

• The role will report directly to the Digital Marketing Manager and Global Marketing Director

• You will work closely with the wider global marketing team, the website executive and the communications executive.

• Regular contact with the International and regional sales teams will be required

• You will consult as necessary with other functions internally (service, operations, and finance) as well as externally (agencies, distribution, and retail partners) to learn insights, but also provide information from the brand side to enhance our capabilities and customer-centric approach.
