Digital Marketing Executive
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
Location: Newbury, 5 days in office

Exciting opportunity for a strong and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive to join a growing global leader in access and security technology and solutions.

This role will be key in coordinating marketing campaigns across various platforms to support both daily business operations and continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, coordinate, and manage marketing campaigns across various platforms, including collateral, direct mail, email, search (SEO), social media, website, and paid advertising (including PPC) alongside the wider marketing team.
  2. Manage the creation and implementation of CRM and email marketing strategies, utilising creative and content-led approaches.
  3. Develop engaging and tailored content to promote products and solutions to diverse audiences.
  4. Analyse email campaign and paid advertising performance to improve lead generation, conversion rates, and subscriber engagement.
  5. Collaborate with third-party vendors, including external designers, data research companies, printers, and email database providers, to facilitate business results.
  6. Assist in maintaining corporate identity and ensure brand consistency across all communications.
  7. Monitor corporate communications to ensure uniformity in messaging, including templates, taglines, and logo usage.

Experience & Skills:

  1. Solid experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  2. Experience creating engaging and tailored content for various audiences.
  3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to report on KPIs and make data-driven recommendations.
  4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  5. Strong organisational and project management abilities.
