Role Overview:
The Talent Set is thrilled to be working with an established national charity to recruit a proactive Digital Marketing Executive. This role is crucial in raising awareness, engaging supporters, and driving income through impactful digital marketing activity.

This is a 1-year fixed-term, full-time opportunity based on a hybrid working model, requiring a minimum of one day per week in their Central London office. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager and working closely with the wider Digital Team, you will play an integral role in delivering and optimising high-performing digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and launch paid digital campaigns across social channels to maximise brand reach and income generation.
  • Collaborate with other digital marketing executives and fundraising teams to design and improve supporter journeys through digital channels.
  • Contribute to innovation and pilot testing of new digital marketing approaches.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance during and after campaigns, providing actionable recommendations to enhance future activity.
  • Work alongside the Digital Analyst to ensure effective campaign tracking and robust results.
  • Deliver internal learning sessions to share campaign performance insights and recommendations with wider teams.
  • Oversee and refine digital audience targeting strategies to optimise performance.
  • Support the implementation of the digital marketing strategy to grow online audiences.
  • Keep up to date with sector and wider digital marketing trends to inform innovative engagement approaches.
  • Promote and uphold the organisations core values while working towards its strategic
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the organisations vision, mission, and impact.
  • Ensure all activities actively promote equality, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Undertake any other duties relevant to the role as required.


Person Specification:

  • Proven experience managing digital campaigns using Meta (Facebook and Instagram).
  • Strong understanding of Meta pixel tracking, custom conversions, reporting, and ad suite tools.
  • Ability to analyse data to optimise live campaigns effectively.
  • Experience creating comprehensive campaign reports with clear results and learnings.
  • Excellent planning skills with the ability to manage multiple projects to deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a small team.
  • Genuine interest in staying up to date with digital trends and evolving audience behaviours.
  • Experience in email marketing.
  • Knowledge of Google Tag Manager, pixel tracking, and GA4.
  • Good understanding of the Google Ads platform.
  • Experience working in the non-profit sector.
