We have a fantastic opportunity for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This is an important and exciting marketing role that is key to the future success of the business. You will be jointly responsible (with the Marketing Manager) for the website and main digital acquisition channels (SEO, PPC, Online Display & Affiliates). It’s a core business objective to exponentially grow enquiries and online bookings, and you will share responsibility for that.
The ideal candidate will be able to manage workloads across different disciplines while constantly striving for improvements and providing feedback on performance and results. The candidate will be a self-starter, able to work autonomously and as part of a team, proactively seeking improvements and innovations across the marketing mix. This is a hybrid role, with typically 2-3 days per week required in the Chiswick office (essential).
Ecommerce / Website
- Jointly responsible for growing online bookings across all products, aligned with business targets and objectives.
- Responsible for developing, testing, and optimizing the website (desktop and mobile). You will be involved in a significant web development project.
- Use GA4 and other analytics platforms daily to monitor, report, and suggest improvements to customer journeys and web traffic quality and quantity.
- Implement an ongoing development roadmap aligned with budgets and business goals, reporting results monthly.
- Optimize web inquiries and customer data collection (e.g., email sign-ups) to generate leads and grow the CRM database.
- Work closely with the website development agency to ensure website performance by assessing, validating, and resolving technical bugs.
- Monitor competitor websites for industry trends and recommend improvements.
Search Marketing
Organic (SEO)
- Manage SEO strategy, aiming for #1 rankings for priority keywords, with monthly reporting using MOZ.
- Brief the SEO agency on priorities and target keywords for maximum impact.
- Stay updated on Google algorithm updates and SEO best practices.
Paid (PPC) & Affiliates
- Manage paid search campaigns, budgets, and keyword priorities with the agency.
- Review weekly performance reports, analyze ROI, and suggest campaign optimizations.
- Set up display ad campaigns, including artwork and targeting.
- Monitor competitors’ search activity and report insights.
- Collaborate with affiliates to increase traffic and ROI.
About You:
- Good knowledge of reporting tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Experience managing PPC campaigns and budgets.
- Experience with CMS and e-commerce websites.
- Understanding of website design for conversion optimization.
- Knowledge of latest SEO techniques and HTML coding.
- Project management skills.
- Experience with Photoshop.
- Passionate traveler, ideally with skiing or snowboarding experience, capable of creating engaging content as a travel expert.
