Job Description
Successfully activate strategic sales and marketing campaigns, including developing content assets, email marketing, website updates, social media, strategic partnerships, and sponsorships.
Maintain a clear and consistently measured link between the brand's marketing activity and resulting lead generation. Help to manage a regular performance dashboard showing brand awareness, lead generation, and client engagement data.
Take ownership and maintenance of team reporting, including marketing calendars, event calendars, reporting trackers, budgets, and invoices.
Write and manage creative briefs for design and content projects.
Coordinate and manage events, webinars, and sponsorships.
Work effectively and collaboratively on marketing projects with regional business and service lines.
The Successful Applicant
Previous marketing experience within a similar role.
Degree in marketing, communication studies, business, or similar would be preferable.
Good knowledge of marketing automation and CRM/email technology (HubSpot experience desirable).
A confident, enthusiastic marketer with strong customer focus and analytical capabilities.
An effective team player with excellent communication skills, able to quickly build strong relationships.
Experience working within a broader marketing team in financial or professional services.
Understanding of database management, insight development, audience segmentation, and data enrichment is preferred.
Familiarity with data privacy regulations such as GDPR.
