Job Purpose

To assist in the planning, development, and implementation of the digital marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, traffic, revenue, and profit for the Love2shop brands.

Principal Accountabilities
  1. Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of the overall digital marketing strategy.
  2. Work with the wider marketing team to plan integrated seasonal and product-specific campaigns.
  3. Assist in developing and implementing the SEO strategy, including ongoing keyword research and support for SEO and PPC efforts.
  4. Assist in creating and managing SEO content and outreach activities, including backlink acquisition.
  5. Help manage PPC campaigns, including optimization of ad copy, keyword targeting, and bid management across Google & Bing.
  6. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing activities using analytics tools.
  7. Learn to measure ROI and develop KPIs for digital marketing activities.
  8. Participate in managing social media channels, both organic and paid activities.
  9. Assist in managing and improving content marketing processes across online channels.
  10. Collaborate with legal, compliance, and finance teams to ensure secure and beneficial agreements.
  11. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing technologies and best practices.
  12. Monitor competitor activity and provide regular updates to the team.
Technical Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Experience Needed)
  1. At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM/PPC, Google Analytics, and CRM software.
  2. Basic knowledge of various digital marketing channels and online marketing tools.
  3. Familiarity with web design principles and best practices.
  4. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  5. Team player with good time management skills.
  6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  7. BSc degree in Marketing, Digital Technologies, or a relevant field.
