Digital Marketing Executive – Luxury Brand

Location: Leeds Hybrid (2-3days in the office)

Type: Full-time | Permanent

Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

I’m working on behalf of a well-known luxury brand who are looking to add a Digital Marketing Executive to their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build on their existing experience in a broad, hands-on role within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Whether you're currently working agency side and looking to make the move in-house, or you're already in a client-side role and looking for a fresh challenge in a brilliant company – this could be the perfect fit.

The Role

Working closely with a lovely, experienced team, you’ll support and deliver across a variety of digital marketing channels. The role offers real autonomy and lots of exposure – ideal for someone keen to learn, grow and broaden their digital skill set in a business that values creativity and collaboration.

The Role includes:

  • Supporting across paid and organic digital campaigns (social, search, display, email, content and more)
  • Helping manage and optimise digital marketing calendars and campaign timelines
  • Assisting with performance tracking, reporting and insights across all channels
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external partners to deliver campaigns
  • Contributing to content creation and idea generation across multiple platforms
  • Staying up to date with digital trends and sharing fresh ideas
Ideal experience and skills
  • 2 years’ experience in a digital marketing role, either in-house or agency side
  • Comfortable working across a variety of digital channels – or eager to learn
  • Confident with campaign coordination and hands-on execution
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Analytical mindset – able to use data to inform decisions
  • A genuine interest in digital marketing and evolving trends
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
  • Experience within retail, luxury, fashion, lifestyle or similar consumer-focused industries is a bonus – but by no means essential.
