THE OPPORTUNITY:

Get Recruited is recruiting on behalf of a well-established, award-winning catering business specializing in providing exceptional catering services for a wide range of events. Due to continuous growth, they are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join their team.

This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience as a Marketing Executive, Senior Marketing Executive, Digital Marketing Executive, Senior Digital Marketing Executive, Content Creator, Social Media Executive, Events Executive, or similar roles.

THE ROLE:

• Manage the company website fully.
• Collaborate with SEO strategists on keyword strategies to increase leads and direct sales.
• Create content for social media platforms, mainly LinkedIn and Instagram, including graphics, copy, videos, newsletters, and stories to boost brand awareness and engagement.
• Develop website content, ensuring it is fresh, relevant, optimized for SEO, and aligned with marketing strategies.
• Assist with planning and executing paid marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads as the company expands in this area.
• Attend events to capture content for social media and marketing collateral.
• Create, write, and distribute newsletters to keep audiences engaged with company news, promotions, and events.
• Monitor, measure, and report on all marketing activities' performance, including social media, paid ads, and email campaigns.
• Own the content calendar, scheduling all content in advance to meet marketing goals and events.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and reflects the company's voice and values.

THE PERSON:

• Experience in marketing roles such as Marketing Executive, Senior Marketing Executive, Digital Marketing, or similar.
• Proven experience in marketing within the Events and Food sectors is non-negotiable.
• Knowledge of SEO and interest or experience in managing paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) is a plus.
• A passion for digital marketing and keeping up with trends and best practices.
• Collaborative, team-oriented, and willing to work closely with internal teams and external agencies.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with adaptability.
