Job description

Bring your digital skills to life in a fast paced, collaborative environment.

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our innovative and growing Marketing team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to build your digital marketing career in a professional services environment, with exposure to a wide range of digital and event related activity.

You'll be part of a team that shapes the firm's digital presence and supports high profile campaigns and events. Working closely with colleagues across the Marketing department, you'll help deliver high quality digital content and ensure the smooth running of our digital channels.

As our Digital Marketing Executive, your day-to-day tasks will include taking ownership of the digital aspects of our events programme including building emails in our email marketing system, uploading and updating website content, creating and scheduling social media posts, and helping to produce reports across all digital channels. You'll also help manage the digital team inbox, ensuring requests are prioritised and handled efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Collaborate with the digital team to embed best practice processes and deliver high-quality outputs across all digital channels.
  • Support the Events team on all digital aspects of event delivery, including communications, platforms and integrations, and post-event activity working closely with the Events Manager.
  • Use platforms such as WordPress, Concep, ON24, Riverside and InterAction to build and deliver emails, update website content, manage event-related digital assets and support with the production of podcasts and videos.
  • Monitor and manage the digital team inbox, prioritising requests and coordinating with the Digital Marketing Apprentice to ensure timely responses.
  • Create and schedule social media posts, assist with PPC campaigns, and support the production and distribution of podcasts and videos.
  • Provide analytics and reporting across digital platforms, offering insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Build strong working relationships across Marketing, IT, Recruitment, legal teams and third-party suppliers, contributing to campaign development and execution.

What We Need From You

  • Excellent attention to detail, with strong spelling, grammar and punctuation, and the ability to produce high-quality written content.
  • Experience using content management systems (ideally WordPress) and email marketing platforms (such as Concep or Vuture), with hands-on familiarity with online event platforms like ON24.
  • Highly organised, with strong time management and prioritisation skills, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn new skills, and confidence to contribute ideas and take initiative.
  • Quick to learn new systems and tools, with a flexible and adaptable approach to digital work.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Previous experience in a marketing or events role, ideally within professional services, and educated to degree level or equivalent (a marketing qualification is desirable).
