We are looking for a new Digital Marketing Executive, to join our award-winning Team, based in Bedford. This is a hybrid position (3 days in the office, 2 days working from home)

About the Role:

We’re on the lookout for a motivated Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team.
If you have experience in marketing or communications and are eager to build your skills, this role offers the perfect platform. You’ll create impactful campaigns, collaborate on exciting projects, and contribute to our award-winning work in iGaming and AI-led marketing.
With guidance from the Head of Marketing and the wider team, you’ll gain hands-on experience across digital channels, content creation, events, and more—all while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute channel-specific marketing campaigns across key channels including LinkedIn, email, and our website.
- Create and deliver engaging content, including social posts, blogs, email campaigns, and event-related content.
- Report on campaign and channel performance, focusing on actionable insights to inform improvements.
- Support marketing activity around key events, awards, and speaking opportunities.
- Support the delivery of our ABM framework, including preparing campaign materials, and coordinating personalised outreach activities.
- Maintain and update the content calendar to ensure consistent delivery across channels.
- Contribute ideas for campaigns and content that reflect Receptional’s values, iGaming focus, and passion for AI-led marketing.
- Learn and apply AI tools and marketing platforms (like Claude,ChatGPT, HubSpot, and WordPress) to deliver work efficiently and creatively.
- Ensure brand consistency across all assets, maintaining a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Stay curious, researching trends, competitor activity, and marketing best practices, sharing insights with the team.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- 6–18 months of experience in a marketing or communications role (agency or B2B is a bonus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Confidence using tools like Hubspot, Canva, WordPress, LinkedIn, and Google Docs.
- Organised, reliable and proactive - able to manage your time and ask questions when unsure.
- A passion for marketing, curiosity about AI, and an interest in the iGaming sector.
- Willingness to learn and take feedback to develop your skills.
- A can-do attitude, with the confidence to bring ideas and take ownership of delivery.
- A team player who enjoys working collaboratively and celebrating shared success.
