Qualifications

• Recent graduate or around 1 year of marketing experience.
• Strong interest in digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
• Confident creating video content and developing video editing skills.
• Experience with LinkedIn, YouTube, and website content management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative approach with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital marketing platforms.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to work on-site five days a week in Leicestershire.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging video and digital content to showcase the company's products, services, projects, and capabilities.
• Manage and maintain website content, ensuring information is accurate, up to date, and engaging.
• Manage the company's LinkedIn presence, creating and scheduling regular content.
• Create, edit, and manage content for the company's YouTube channel.
• Support wider marketing campaigns and initiatives across the business.
• Work closely with engineering and internal teams to understand technical products and turn them into engaging marketing content.
• Monitor digital engagement and identify opportunities to improve the company's online presence.
