We are working with a client who is looking to appoint a Digital Marketing Director to lead and evolve their digital marketing strategy across all channels. This is a senior-level opportunity for a candidate who brings strong leadership, performance marketing expertise and the ability to translate data into actionable commercial results.

Key Responsibilities – Digital Marketing Director
  • Own and deliver the digital marketing strategy across paid media, SEO, email/CRM, content and web.
  • Lead digital performance and drive measurable growth across acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Manage internal teams and/or agencies to deliver best-in-class campaigns and content.
  • Oversee digital budgets and ensure efficient allocation to maximise ROI.
  • Report on KPIs and performance metrics; ensure data is used to drive continuous optimisation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align digital with wider marketing, brand, and commercial activity.
  • Lead digital innovation and stay ahead of trends, platform updates, and emerging tools.
  • Ensure brand consistency and a high-quality user experience across all digital touchpoints.
Candidate Requirements – What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in a senior digital marketing position, ideally in a commercially driven or growth-focused environment.
  • Strong track record across core digital channels – particularly paid media, SEO, CRM/email, and analytics.
  • Skilled in tools such as GA4, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, CMS platforms, CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Confident leader with experience managing teams and/or external agencies.
  • Excellent commercial and analytical mindset with the ability to drive decisions through data.
  • Strong stakeholder and communication skills.
