Job Description

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance customer experiences
  • Manage the customer journey, ensuring it is aligned with the company's objectives
  • Collaborate with various teams to implement digital marketing initiatives
  • Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on these findings
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise user experience
  • Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
  • Implement creative growth strategies and plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Digital Marketing + CRM Manager' should have:

  • Be an expert in using MS Dynamics 365 and Wordpress
  • Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns
  • Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools
  • Experience in setting up and optimising PPC campaigns on all major search engines
