We're working with a hugely exciting hospitality group behind two of the UK's best-known food and drink brands, looking for a commercially minded Digital Marketing & CRM Lead to help take their digital performance to the next level.
With a customer database of over one million people, significant digital marketing budgets and ambitious plans to make better use of customer data, there's a real opportunity to make an impact.
This is a broad digital marketing role with a strong focus on CRM. You'll be responsible for understanding what drives customer behaviour, improving retention and conversion, and making sure their investment in digital marketing delivers measurable commercial results.
Deep SEO expertise or direct experience with delivery platforms would be a bonus, rather than essential.
This is an opportunity to have genuine ownership of digital marketing performance across two established consumer brands, rather than simply managing campaigns.
You’ll be joining at an interesting stage, with a CRM platform migration under way, a significant customer database to work with and plenty of opportunity to shape how the business approaches digital marketing.
