Job description

We have an incredible opportunity for a talented digital marketing coordinator to join our fast-growing and thriving company. As an already successful UK-based business, we are seeking an ambitious, committed, and self-motivated candidate with a marketing flair to help elevate our online presence and the growth of our brand.

KIKI HEALTH is a trusted health supplement retailer, established in 1999 that holds a fantastic foothold in delivering high-quality natural supplements to the UK and the increasingly global market. We pride ourselves on being ethical, and eco-friendly and sourcing only the best ingredients purely from nature.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to take their marketing career to the next level.

Main Purpose of the role:
We're seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to help deliver and refine our paid social campaigns and CRM programmes (email, SMS, and direct mail). This is a fantastic opportunity for a digitally minded, data-driven marketer to join a purpose-led, fast-growing brand. You'll play an active role in both customer acquisition and retention, while building hands-on experience across paid media, email marketing and analytics.

Duties:
Lead the planning and execution of digital initiatives aimed at increasing eCommerce revenue and strengthening our presence online.
  • Drive performance marketing efforts across platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other paid channels to meet KPIs and growth targets.
  • Research consumer behaviour, market movements, and competitor activity to help shape data-informed marketing decisions.
  • Partner with content creators to deliver compelling UGC content, keyword-rich assets that improve visibility and attract qualified traffic.
  • Take ownership of our social media presence — ensuring it remains active, relevant, and aligned with brand messaging.
  • Monitor site performance, interpret analytics data, and recommend improvements to boost engagement and drive higher conversion rates.
  • Build and manage targeted email and SMS campaigns, applying best practices in list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of our eCommerce store, focusing on usability, product presentation, and overall user journey.
  • Keep pace with emerging digital tools, creative formats, and platform innovations to keep our marketing fresh and competitive.

Desired Skills:
  • Proven track record in driving measurable growth through Meta and Google Ads, with a minimum of 12 months’ hands-on experience managing and scaling paid digital campaigns.
  • You’ve had exposure to email marketing tools (ideally Klaviyo), and understand how to build and schedule effective campaigns.
  • You’re detail-oriented with a naturally analytical approach — you enjoy digging into data to find what’s working and where to improve.
  • You’re familiar with key performance indicators like click-through rate, return on ad spend, cost per acquisition, and conversion rate.
  • Communication is one of your strong suits, both in writing and when working with others across a team.
  • Worked with platforms like Shopify, GA4, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager or tools like Triple Whale.
  • You’re proactive, organised, and thrive in a collaborative environment where people roll up their sleeves and get involved.
  • You’re adaptable and happy to support wherever needed — whether it’s campaign planning or pitching in on day-to-day tasks.

Benefits:
  • This is a permanent position.
  • No weekend working.
  • 20 days holiday plus standard bank holidays.
  • Referral programme.
  • Prospects for growth & promotions.
  • Employee discount.
  • On-site free parking.
