Job description

Our client, a manufacturer and provider of professionally used goods, is looking for a creatively-minded marketer to lead the execution of company paid media, social content, and ambassador programme. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands both B2B and B2C dynamics, and can balance performance marketing with brand storytelling. You'll be instrumental in driving online growth, building community engagement, and supporting visual consistency across campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn)
  • Manage organic and paid social media content calendars
  • Lead our ambassador programme: outreach, onboarding, content briefing, and relationship management
  • Develop and activate strategies across digital channels
  • Support website updates, product launches, and campaign rollouts
  • Collaborate with internal teams on catalogue, packaging, and campaign assets
  • Assist with design work using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Monitor performance metrics and report on campaign effectiveness
Skills and Experience
  • 2-4 years' experience in digital marketing, ideally in product-led B2B/B2C environments
  • Proven track record in paid media and social media management
  • Strong copywriting and visual briefing skills
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Shopify, and CRM/email platforms
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Experience managing external creators or influencers is a plus
Hours of Work
  • 35 hours per week
  • 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (with an hour for lunch)
  • 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays

£28,000 - £35,000 based on experience
