As a digital marketing assistant, you will work as part of the Digital marketing and Insights team to support all digital marketing and data-driven activity. This role is perfect for a passionate and self-motivated marketing professional with a creative flair and strong analytical skills. The ideal candidate will be looking to develop their career in digital marketing and be willing to be involved in the whole digital marketing mix, supporting the team with admin tasks, but also looking for opportunities to lead where possible.

Responsibilities include:

• Support the development of our website pages – including insight articles, people profiles, service line page content – gaining an understanding of SEO techniques and performing website reports on KPIs
• Working on email campaigns, including creation of nurture campaigns, reporting, and campaign targeting
• Support paid advertising campaigns from planning, setup, and reporting
• Support social media campaigns and management of corporate channels
• Create monthly team reports to inform on success and improvements
• Participate in team initiatives for digital marketing and broader client and market strategies
• Assist with processes such as corporate photography, website biographies, and SEO initiatives
• Liaise with stakeholders at all levels to advance marketing campaigns across digital channels
• Bring proactive, innovative ideas to team discussions
