As we look to the future, we’re entering an exciting phase of growth – with a new brand direction, a revamped website, and an evolving product range at the heart of our plans.

You’ll be joining a small, supportive marketing team that’s hands-on, ambitious, and full of ideas. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Executive, you’ll play a key role in delivering campaigns that inspire and engage our audience as we grow our brand presence.

Tasks

Social Media – Schedule, publish, and engage with content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Create eye-catching images, captions, and short-form videos using tools like Canva or CapCut. Support ambassador and partnership outreach.

Email Marketing – Build and send weekly newsletters and promotional campaigns, proof and test emails, and track performance.

Website & Content – Update blogs, homepage banners, and product listings (training provided). Resize and reformat creative assets to fit multiple platforms.

Campaign Support – Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns, from asset delivery to affiliate and ambassador admin.

Reporting & Analysis – Compile weekly and monthly performance reports for social, email, and campaigns. Help spot trends and opportunities using analytics tools.

Team Collaboration – Work closely with the Senior Marketing Executive to deliver projects on time, contribute creative ideas, and support ad-hoc marketing tasks.

Requirements
  • Experience: 6–12 months in a marketing role (or equivalent hands-on experience) with exposure to digital channels.
  • Social Media Skills: Confident using Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok for brand marketing.
  • Content Creation: Ability to create engaging visuals and videos using tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Email Marketing: Familiarity with platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar.
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Good grasp of campaigns, audiences, and analytics.
  • Communication: Strong written skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Organisation: Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Tech Skills: Comfortable using spreadsheets to track and interpret performance data.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with CMS platforms (e.g. Magento or Shopify).
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, affiliate marketing, or ambassador programmes.
  • A personal or professional interest in fitness, wellbeing, or content creation.
