Job description

Zest4Talent is recruiting a Digital Marketing Assistant for an expanding marketing department within a growing multisite adventure sports company. The role is based near Salisbury, with a 5-day work week (Monday to Friday) and occasional weekend work to capture film for social media, with days off in lieu. Salary ranges from £27k to £30k DOE.

The successful candidate will have a good understanding of social media, SEO, content creation and editing, and proficiency with social media management tools. The candidate should possess confidence, excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a creative, collaborative approach. Personality and team fit are important.

Technical skills ideally include:

• Paid media, digital advertising, and performance marketing
• Google Analytics

Daily responsibilities include:

• Planning digital marketing strategies
• Implementing PPC and paid media campaigns
• Executing social media strategies and providing creative input
• Creating and editing photo and video content
• Supporting email marketing campaigns, automation, and campaign planning
• Updating blog content on the website
