Digital Marketing Assistant

International law firm are seeking a Digital Marketing Assistant to join their London office on an initial 3-month fixed-term contract.

  • Salary to £32,000
  • 3-month fixed-term contract
  • Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote)

The role reports to the Senior Digital Marketing Executive and is responsible to assist with a variety of tasks generated by the more senior members of the team, as well as supporting on key marketing projects.

Digital Marketing Assistant Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Digital Marketing team in maintaining, updating and the administration of the firm’s external digital platforms
  • Produce and publish regular, accurate social media content, ensuring all posts always adhere to best practise and brand guideline standards
  • Maintain a consistent posting schedule on all firm social media accounts
  • Support the Early Talent team in creating social assets and a content plan for their firm accounts
  • Ensure implementation of email marketing best practise including the production of regular newsletters
  • Manage deadlines, workflow, priorities, and internal client expectations effectively to best fulfil client requirements
  • Manage the general enquiries inbox, ensuring the relevant business area receives them in a timely manner
  • Comply with all relevant legal and regulatory obligations including the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) Standards and Regulations, and Principles

Digital Marketing Assistant Skills & Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role with exposure to Digital Marketing
  • Degree of further education qualification in Marketing, Communications, or another relevant subject
  • Computer literate – competency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential
