Digital Marketing Assistant, Hemel Hempstead

We are recruiting a Digital Marketing Assistant for an expanding marketing department within a growing multisite adventure sports company. The position is based near Salisbury, with a typical 5-day work week from Monday to Friday. Some weekend work may be required to capture film for social media, with days off in lieu provided. Salary ranges from £27,000 to £30,000 depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Plan digital marketing activities aligned with overall marketing strategy.
• Implement PPC and paid media campaigns.
• Manage social media strategies and contribute creatively.
• Create and edit photo and video content.
• Support email marketing campaigns, automation, and campaign planning.
• Update website blog content and perform website updates.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Good understanding of social media, SEO, and content creation.
• Proficiency in social media management tools.
• Strong communication skills and confidence.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Technical skills including paid media, digital advertising, Google Analytics.
