Job description

Zest4Talent is recruiting a Digital Marketing Assistant for an expanding marketing department within a growing multisite adventure sports company. The successful candidate will be based at their site near Salisbury. The role involves a 5-day week, primarily Monday to Friday, with some weekend work required intermittently to capture film for social media. Days off in lieu will be provided. Salary ranges from £27k to £30k, DOE.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have a good working understanding of social media, SEO, content creation, and editing, along with proficiency in social media management tools. You should be confident, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work well within a team. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and a creative, collaborative approach are essential.

Technical Skills

• Paid media, digital advertising, and performance marketing
• Google Analytics

Responsibilities

• Plan digital marketing activities aligned with overall marketing strategy
• Implement PPC and paid media campaigns
• Execute social media strategies and contribute creatively
• Create and edit photo and video content
• Support the marketing team with email marketing campaigns, automation, and campaign planning
• Manage website content, including blog updates
