Are you passionate about storytelling, social media, and creative content? Do you want to kickstart your career in digital marketing and content creation? Sell Beyond is seeking a motivated, analytical, and creative Digital Marketing Apprentice to join their dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, loves storytelling, and is eager to learn about e-commerce and digital marketing. You will work closely with our team to publish blogs, support the business rebrand by creating logos, business cards, leaflets, and more!

You will work towards a Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer qualification delivered by Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

1. Using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and MailChimp to analyze engagement data.
2. Helping publish blogs on the website using WordPress.
3. Supporting the rebrand by creating logos, business cards, and leaflets.
4. Liaising with the Head of Marketing to ensure projects stay within budget.
5. Supporting the business’s visibility and objectives through rebranding efforts.
6. Assisting with social media and digital tools like LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, HubSpot, and Lemlist.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and Baltic team.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

• £19,250 per annum
• Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm
• Hybrid working
• 22 days of annual leave plus Bank Holidays
• Rurally located office

Desired Qualities, Skills, and Knowledge:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A keen eye for design and storytelling
• Familiarity with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn and YouTube
• Basic knowledge of tools like Monday.com, HubSpot, Canva, and Excel
• Knowledge of Google Analytics is beneficial
