As the company continues to grow its positive impact, Kindly Brighton is looking for a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Apprentice to join the team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing while supporting a brand that is passionate about community, sustainability, and making ethical living more accessible.

In this role, you’ll work towards yourLevel 3 Multi Channel Marketer Apprenticeship,delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

• Assist in setting campaign budgets in line with business owner guidance.
• Use tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, Webmaster Tools, and SEMrush.
• Publish blog posts, email newsletters, social media content, and short ad copy.
• Design and create marketing materials using Pixlr and Canva
• Manage social media content, email campaigns, SEO efforts, and short-form ads
• Create printed assets such as flyers.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours&Benefits:

• £16,000 to £20,000 per annum
• Monday – Friday 9am-5:00pm

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

• General marketing experience
• Familiar with social media
• An interest in marketing and growth
• GCSE Grade 4/C in English and grade 5/C in Maths is required for this role
