As a Multi-Channel Marketing Apprentice, youll gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, design, and content creation. You'll support their clients by creating visuals and assets, as well as taking ownership of Inventiss own social media platforms.

• A Typical Day in the Job:
• Designing graphics, logos, banners, blogs, and paid ad creatives for clients
• Assisting in website builds using HTML and WordPress
• Managing and updating content via WordPress CMS
• Creating visual and video content using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.)
• Planning and producing social media content for Inventiss channels: YouTube, and X
• Capturing behind-the-scenes content using phones and cameras
• Supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns and brand storytelling
  
  

Salary, Hours&Benefits

• Salary - £14,722.50 per annum
• Hours: MondayFriday, 9am5pm (37.5 hours/week, 30 min lunch)

Your Training With Baltic

You will be enrolled in a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Multi-Channel Marketing, providing you with formal qualifications and practical skills. Youll also have access to one-to-one mentoring sessions with senior team members and on-the-job training that aligns with your career goals.
