At Inventis Website Design, they do things differently. They offer bespoke, high-end websites on an all-inclusive monthly plan – no large upfront fees, no hidden costs, and no juggling multiple service providers. Their clients never need to worry about the technical side – they handle everything so they can focus on running their business. Now, they're looking for a creative, proactive apprentice to help them expand their brand and digital presence across multiple channels.

As a Multi-Channel Marketing Apprentice, you’ll gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, design, and content creation. You'll support their clients by creating visuals and assets, as well as taking ownership of Inventis’s own social media platforms.

A Typical Day in the Job:

• Designing graphics, logos, banners, blogs, and paid ad creatives for clients
• Assisting in website builds using HTML and WordPress
• Managing and updating content via WordPress CMS
• Creating visual and video content using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.)
• Planning and producing social media content for Inventis’s channels: YouTube, LinkedIn, and X
• Capturing behind-the-scenes content using phones and cameras
• Supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns and brand storytelling

Salary, Hours&Benefits:

• Salary – £14,722.50 per annum
• Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (37.5 hours/week, 30 min lunch)

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

• A strong interest in websites and creative design
• Basic understanding of HTML and content management systems (WordPress preferred)
• Experience or passion for Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and general graphic design
• Creative flair and willingness to try new ideas
• Enthusiastic about digital marketing and social media trends
• Required Grades – Maths C/5, English C/4

Your Training with Baltic:

You will be enrolled in a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Multi-Channel Marketing, providing you with formal qualifications and practical skills. You’ll also have access to one-to-one mentoring sessions with senior team members and on-the-job training that aligns with your career goals.
