This is where you come in. As our Multi-Channel Marketing Apprentice, you'll have the chance to roll up your sleeves and dive into all aspects of marketing, from creating compelling content and managing digital campaigns to enhancing our brand presence across multiple channels. You’ll work closely with a dynamic team to develop marketing strategies that showcase the power of our technology in the most creative and impactful ways possible.

A Typical Day in the Job:

• Content Creation – Assist with developing engaging content for social media and website updates
• Social Media Management – Schedule, monitor and engage with posts across LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube
• Campaign Management – Planning and executing multi-channel campaigns, such as social media, paid advertising and email
• SEO and Paid Ads – Optimise content for search engines and assist in social media ad campaigns to reach target audiences
• Analytics and Reporting – Track performance using Google Analytics
• Market Research – Researching competitors and industry trends to generate fresh ideas
• Offline Marketing and Events – Assist in designing and preparing marketing materials such as brochures, leaflets, banners and exhibition stands for industry events.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and the Baltic Apprenticeships team.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

• £20,000 per annum
• Monday – Friday 9am-5pm

Desired Qualities, Skills, and Knowledge:

• A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in or eagerness to learn video editing tools like Adobe Premier Pro and After Effects
• Experience with or interest in videography
• A minimum of grade C/4 or above in GCSE English and Grade 5/C Maths (or equivalent)
