Hours: 38 hours per week (32 + 6 hours per week training)

Job Title: Digital Marketing Apprentice

Salary: £17k - £22k

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Apprentice to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping grow revenue for our clients through social media, email, SEO, blogs, website content and more

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has an interest in learning design in Canva, Figma etc
  • Previous experience with design (Canva, Photoshop, Figma etc)
  • Is interested in social media marketing
  • Is interested in email marketing
  • Has ideas on how to improve customer engagement/marketing strategies
  • Has good english skills for writing and rewriting blog posts for various clients
  • Has an interest in learning about Google Analytics/Search Console/Tag Manager/Adwords
  • Is interested in learning about conversion rate optimisation
  • Is interested to learn CMS systems to update website content
  • Is confident to sit in on meetings/speak to new people and build relationships
  • Can work in a team and as an individual

You will be responsible for:

  • Helping create templates/posts for clients for social media
  • Creating email marketing templates within various different systems (Mailchimp, Flodesk)
  • Scheduling social media posts (image and text) using business suite
  • Keeping an eye on client social media for tags, comments, likes and messages
  • Growing social media accounts
  • Coming up with ideas to encourage interaction on socials/emails/blogs
  • Supporting clients with basic requests for website content updates or admin help
  • Communicating with clients via Phone, Google Meet, Email and in person meetings
  • Generating reports on social media, email and website interaction
  • Writing/rewriting blogs to include keywords
  • Elements of SEO
  • The possibility to learn PPC (Google Ads)
