Job purpose

Are you looking to kick start your career in digital marketing? Republic of Media are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their team and complete a digital marketing qualification. Republic of Media are one of the UK’s fastest-growing media agencies, and they've been helping clients for over 10 years to achieve success through creative and effective media strategies. Based in Manchester and Edinburgh, they are a team of 67 people with a passion for communication planning, media buying, digital media, and innovation. Salary: £19,000 per annum

Working hours: 36 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, 9am – 5pm, Friday 9am – 4pm

Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage campaigns: identify opportunities and target the right users with the right message and creative.
  • Analyse data: review data from different platforms to generate insights that drive campaign optimisation and shape media strategies.
  • Build media relationships: connect with media owners, third-party data providers, and tech suppliers to gain industry insights and deliver solutions for clients.
  • Manage agency processes: learn the ropes with tasks like finance, creative management, scheduling, and competitive analysis.
  • You’ll receive hands-on support every step of the way, from learning new skills to contributing in client and team meetings. As you grow, you’ll gain confidence in presenting your ideas, working with data, and understanding the role paid media and advertising plays in a brand’s success.

On completion, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 7.
