Are you ready to start your career in digital marketing with a company that helps businesses grow in the cloud and digital space? At Assured Digital Technologies, we deliver secure IT, cloud, and networking solutions to clients across sectors - and we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Apprentice to join our team. You’ll work side-by-side with our Marketing Manager, gaining hands-on experience while helping shape our digital presence and campaigns. If you’re eager to learn, creative, and ready to get stuck into real work from day one, this could be the role for you. In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job
  • Create and schedule social media posts.
  • Help keep the website, blog, and resources up to date.
  • Support with monthly email newsletters and keeping the contact database tidy.
  • Check how campaigns are performing (such as email opens and clicks) and share reports.
  • Assist with projects like podcast set-up, event organisation, and campaigns for different industries.
  • Write and format content such as blogs, Q&As, and sales materials.
  • Design and edit visuals using tools like Canva or Adobe.
  • Talk to colleagues or customers to gather stories and ideas for content.
Training and Support

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge
  • An interest in digital marketing.
  • Comfortable writing short-form content (like social posts, emails, blogs, or event blurbs).
  • Confident asking questions, sharing ideas, and giving things a go.
  • GCSE Math's & English (Grade C/4 or above).
  • Are into photography, videography, or video editing, we’ve got a podcast and events that need creative energy.
  • Are excited by AI, cybersecurity, or the creative possibilities of tech.
Salary, Hours & Benefits
  • £15,000 per annum
  • 9am-5:30pm Monday to Friday
  • 25 days holiday plus public holidays, plus your birthday off

Your Training with Baltic Apprenticeships
