Role Overview

As a Digital Marketing Apprentice, you will play a key role in developing, executing, and analysing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, SEO, and customer engagement while working alongside experienced marketing professionals.

A Typical Day in the Job:

• Assist in creating and implementing social media campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
• Support the development of digital content, including blog posts, guest blogs, press releases, and forum contributions.
• Assist in website maintenance and SEO activities to improve search engine rankings and user engagement.
• Enhance the user experience for employers and learners through effective marketing strategies.
• Respond to customer inquiries on social media and online forums in a professional manner.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activity, and marketing innovations to inform future campaigns.
• Assist in planning, delivering, and measuring content-driven marketing campaigns.
• Help define and implement segmented email and push notification campaigns.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

• Salary: £20,000 per annum
• Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

• Basic HTML knowledge (advantageous but not essential).
• Strong interest in content creation and social media.
• Passion for digital marketing and education.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Creative mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders.

Required Grades – Maths C/5, English C/4

Your Training with Baltic:

You will be enrolled in a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Multi-Channel Marketing, providing you with formal qualifications and practical skills. You’ll also have access to one-to-one mentoring sessions with senior team members and on-the-job training that aligns with your career goals.
