Our client is a unique player among international Employer of Record service providers.

They are looking for a part-time/temporary Digital Marketing & Social Media Expert. This is a remote role that can turn into a full-time/permanent role, ideally in a timezone compatible with CET.

You will be responsible for building and managing the company’s social media profiles, especially LinkedIn, creating shareable content, monitoring social discussions, and tracking engagement metrics. Responsibilities include:

  1. Content creation and copywriting with backlinks
  2. Social Media Optimization
  3. Scheduling content plans via Buffer/Hootsuite and visualizing pages via Preview
  4. Ensuring content is informative and appealing
  5. Presenting data through tools like Google Analytics, DiiB, Semrush, Similarweb
  6. Automating content distribution across platforms (LinkedIn, Medium, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
  7. Conducting competitor research via benchmarking
  8. Managing email marketing campaigns and newsletters
  9. Building and utilizing a recruit database through lead generation
  10. Growing and exploring relevant audiences for the company’s blog, website, and landing pages
  11. Creating and optimizing landing pages for conversions
  12. Preparing and running email campaigns
  13. Developing social media plans, content, visuals, and automation strategies
  14. Growing newsletter subscriptions
  15. Performing keyword analysis
  16. Link building in specific markets
  17. Leading or collaborating on microsites, landing pages, and website refreshes

**Requirements:**

  • Proven track record in Digital Marketing & Social Media, particularly in SaaS, HR Tech, or similar industries
  • Experience with the following tools:
    • Google Analytics
    • Google Tag Manager
    • Mailchimp or similar email marketing tools
    • SEMrush, Collabim, SimilarWeb, Diib
    • ChatGPT / AI tools
    • Canva, Webflow
