Interaction Recruitment seeks a creative Digital Marketing & Business Development Executive to own the digital marketing, strengthen the brand and support business growth. This role combines digital marketing, content creation, lead generation and customer engagement to attract new customers.

You will work closely with senior management and the Commercial team to increase brand visibility, re-engage existing clients and drive growth, with occasional UK travel and a Monday–Friday 9am–5pm schedule.

Qualifikationen

• Engineering/electronics/manufacturing background is a plus.

Salary: £30,000 £35,000 Location: St Ives Cambridgeshire Area Hours: Monday Friday, 9am 5pm Contract: Full-time, permanent

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, commercially minded Digital Marketing & Business Development Executive to take ownership of our digital marketing, strengthen our brand and support business growth.

This is a newly created, varied role combining digital marketing, content creation, lead generation and customer engagement. You will work closely with senior management and the Commercial team to increase brand awareness, attract new customers and re-engage existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the company website and LinkedIn presence.
• Create engaging digital content, promotional materials and marketing campaigns.
• Improve brand visibility and generate new business leads.
• Engage prospective customers, qualify opportunities and direct leads to the relevant teams.
• Re-engage existing customers and support relationship development.
• Research markets and identify new commercial opportunities.
• Work alongside the Business Development and Commercial teams to support growth.
• Represent the business at occasional customer visits and UK trade shows.

About You

• Strong digital marketing skills, particularly LinkedIn, website management and content creation.
• Creative, proactive and confident taking ownership of a new role.
• Commercially minded, with an interest in sales, lead generation and business development.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with colleagues.

Experience in engineering, electronics, instrumentation or manufacturing would be advantageous, but candidates from other industries with strong digital marketing skills are encouraged to apply.
