My client is a luxury fashion brand based in central London, who has a great opportunity for a hands-on, social media focused and fashion passionate person to join their team as a Digital Marketing and Ecommerce Manager. Operating on a remote working model, you will be responsible for their digital marketing and ecommerce operations.

My client is looking for a Digital Marketing and Ecommerce Manager who can be responsible for all social content delivery across all brand platforms. You will be able to understand the metrics of various social channels and manage communities across their Instagram channel engaging with comments and messages.

You will have an understanding of PPC, budget allocation and reporting on ROI. You will understand how to manage an external digital marketing agency and be able to use Klaviyo and/or other ECRM platforms. You create on brand graphics, copy and video edits for organic and paid social content use and develop on brand social content channels to drive engagement and sales.

We are looking to speak to candidates who have strong Shopify experience and are able to analyse the customer journey and make relevant UX enhancements. A good experience in stock management systems i.e Zedonk is ideal along with experience in Adobe(moving image incl) with the ability to create product descriptions and specifics along with creating web graphics and homepage video in line with the brand marketing calendar. You will be highly creative and analytical and be able to produce highly engaging email campaigns including copy, graphics and moving image.
