Reporting to the Director for Marketing and Communications for Europe, the Digital Marketing and Communications Manager will be responsible for content planning, execution, and analysis across several digital platforms to help grow awareness, engagement, and influence with key audiences for The Nature Conservancy (TNC) in Europe. This includes organic and paid planning and execution to help grow reach and engagement for the TNC Europe Showcase page on LinkedIn (launched in October 2024), supporting TNC Europe spokespeople with building their own social media presence, building and optimizing content with the aim of growing European traffic to nature.org, and working across teams to help support the growth of our Global Insights newsletter for influential European audiences.
The role will also support ongoing efforts to improve internal communications and knowledge-sharing, championing and developing content for internal channels including Teams, email, and our intranet platform, Connect. The Digital Marketing and Communications Manager will also be responsible for tracking digital analytics in support of the Marketing and Communications strategy for Europe.
A proactive problem-solver, the successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing communications plans and projects, bring advanced digital marketing skills, strong project management and organisational skills, and an understanding of key European audience groups. An engaging writer who can creatively tell stories with both words and visuals, the Digital Marketing and Communications Manager will work with subject matter experts and marketing colleagues to support the digital strategy for Europe and be able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
The ideal candidate will have proven success working within a matrixed and multi-faceted team structure, able to manage multiple projects at one time while collaborating with diverse internal and external partners to meet mutual goals.

The Digital Marketing and Communications Manager will join our rapidly growing team in Europe, working closely with a small pan-European Marketing and Communications team as well as digital colleagues in TNC's global Marketing and Communications function.
This is a one-year, fixed-term contract from July 2025 to July 2026 with the possibility of extension. Based in the UK, the Digital Marketing and Communications Manager could work fully remotely or hybrid from our central London office.
