A Trust in health and social care seeks a creative individual for an entry-level digital marketing apprenticeship. As a Trust, we support the development and progression of our staff through apprenticeship pathways, combining vocational learning with on-the-job experience. The apprenticeship lasts 12-18 months, and upon successful completion, you will progress into a Band 3 Recovery College Digital, Marketing, and Admin Officer role.
The role provides an opportunity to learn about all aspects of the Recovery & Wellbeing College and the wider Prevention, Recovery, and Wellbeing Services. You will work towards completing the relevant apprenticeship standard while gaining skills, knowledge, and behaviors for the role.
The responsibilities include supporting the team, improving the Recovery & Wellbeing College offer, and working effectively under tight deadlines. You should be highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks, and respond quickly to changing priorities.
Essential requirements include the ability to commute within the Trust's geographical area with appropriate transport access.
Your duties will involve supporting marketing and communication efforts, including social media, web content, newsletters, media relations, and creating videos or podcasts. You will source quotes from Recovery College students, create engaging content, manage social media posts, and coordinate photo/video shoots.
You will also market new courses, provide administrative support, act as the first point of contact for inquiries, support students, set up face-to-face course locations, and provide metrics for reports.
