Job Description:

Digital Marketing Analyst

Function: Performance Marketing

About the Role:

The Digital Marketing Analyst is responsible for optimising digital performance and driving customer acquisition through data-driven insights. By managing the digital funnel, improving website engagement, and enhancing the user journey, this role aims to maximise conversion rates and overall marketing effectiveness. The Analyst works closely with cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives, manage campaigns, and refine the digital strategy to achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Funnel Management: Optimise the marketing funnel by aligning website activities with digital strategy. Develop initiatives to enhance acquisition, engagement, and conversion, collaborating with teams on SEO, PPC, Paid Social, and Affiliate strategies.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyse website data to identify trends and growth opportunities. Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports with insights to inform strategy and drive digital marketing effectiveness.
  • User Journey Optimisation: Enhance the customer experience by conducting site audits, collaborating on experiments, and refining website design and functionality to improve conversion paths.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration & Insights: Work with various teams to align priorities and share insights. Present recommendations to stakeholders and monitor market trends to guide business decisions.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-4 years in a digital analyst or marketing role, with a strong understanding of customer behaviour and B2C/B2B/SaaS user funnels.
  • Performance Reporting: Proficient in e-commerce KPIs and full-funnel metrics, with the ability to translate performance analysis into actionable insights.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Strong skills in presenting data, influencing stakeholders, and driving collaboration across teams.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities, drive discussions, and ensure timely follow-ups.

  • Website Engagement & Conversion (e.g., Page Form Completion Rate)
  • Funnel Drop-off & Optimisation (e.g., Bounce Rate)
  • Lead Conversion Rate
  • Marketing-Qualified Leads (MQLs) Volume
