Job Title: Digital Marketing & Affiliate Executive
Location: Leeds (Office-based)
Salary: £30,000-£35,000
Job Type: Full-time
About The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and commercially minded digital marketer to join our growing team in Leeds. If you’re confident delivering campaigns that drive real results — and thrive in a fast-paced, B2B environment — we’d love to hear from you.
This is a hands-on role covering both STS Group and No More Ply brands. You’ll lead on content planning, video creation, and managing affiliate and reward programmes that support sales and build brand loyalty.
STS and NMP are family-run businesses built on long-term relationships, consistency, and integrity. We’re a close-knit team where people genuinely support one another — and where your effort will be noticed.
It’s a full-time, office-based position — perfect for someone who enjoys close collaboration and wants their work to make a visible impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver digital campaigns aligned with brand and commercial goals
- Manage and grow affiliate and reward schemes (setup, tracking, optimisation)
- Lead on video and social content (especially short-form, mobile-first video)
- Support and collaborate across marketing, sales, and customer service teams
- Track performance and optimise campaigns based on insights
- Create and manage digital tools, templates, and assets for internal teams
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves
- 2+ years in digital marketing or ecommerce
- Experience with affiliate or reward programmes
- Confident filming/editing video content for mobile and social platforms
- Strong time management and project coordination skills
- Clear communication style and a collaborative approach
- Comfortable in a trade, B2B, or sales-driven environment
Nice-to-Haves
- Tools: Canva, Adobe Premiere, After Effects or similar
- Basic design skills for producing campaign assets
- SEO, email marketing, or funnel-building experience
- Familiarity with GA4, Meta Insights, and other analytics tools
- Interest in construction, tools, or the building materials sector
What This Job Is Not
- A remote or hybrid role — you’ll be based in the Leeds office full time
- A strategy-only role — you’ll need to enjoy rolling up your sleeves and delivering campaigns yourself
- A corporate environment — we move quickly, work closely, and expect everyone to bring ideas (and solutions) to the table
- A siloed role — you’ll be working across teams and disciplines to get things done
- A box-ticking job — we’re looking for someone who cares about quality and commercial impact, not just activity
What We Offer
- £30,000-£35,000 salary, depending on experience
- Supportive, values-driven culture where long-term relationships matter
- The opportunity to lead and grow digital strategy — not just follow instructions
- Ongoing training and development in a growing business
- Team lunches, shared goals, and a sense of purpose that goes beyond the usual 9-5
