At The Munro Agency, we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Account Manager who combines strategic thinking with hands-on technical expertise. This role is perfect for someone who understands the mechanics of digital marketing and enjoys the challenge of managing campaigns across multiple channels.

What You’ll Do

  1. Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across SEO, PPC, email marketing, and marketing automation.
  2. Manage client accounts, ensuring their marketing strategies are data-driven, measurable, and delivering ROI.
  3. Leverage marketing automation tools to streamline lead generation and nurture campaigns.
  4. Work closely with our content, design, and development teams to ensure integrated campaign execution.
  5. Track, analyse, and report on key metrics to refine strategies and improve performance.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Produce content for web pages, blogs, email campaigns, and social media posts.
  2. Support the Marketing Director with customer accounts.
  3. Measure and report the performance of campaigns and assess them against set KPIs.

What are the Role Requirements?

  1. Proven work experience in digital marketing (min. 2 years agency or client side).
  2. A keen interest in creating content and copywriting.
  3. Managing lead generation and B2B marketing campaigns end-to-end.
  4. Up-to-date knowledge of latest trends and digital marketing best practices.
  5. Analytical and reporting skills, able to identify insights from data.
  6. An organised approach and ability to manage your own workload.
  7. Great presentation and communication skills.
