Digital Manager required to work for a fast-growing company based in Basildon, Essex. This role is primarily remote, with expectations to visit the Basildon office approximately once or twice a month.

The role requires a hybrid creative/technical mindset: strong digital skills (e.g., HTML, Content Management Systems, Social Media, email marketing, Google Ads), familiarity with popular digital tools, and good content development skills (writing, design, attention to detail). Enthusiasm to learn quickly on the job is essential. Knowledge of website Accessibility is a plus.

Experience required:

• Digital Tools: Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Trello, Canva, Photoshop, and familiarity with CMS platforms like Umbraco or others.
• Content Production: Excellent writing skills, ability to produce engaging copy, and visual content creation skills using tools like Adobe or Canva. Knowledge of AI Voiceover, video editing, or animation is a bonus. A willingness to learn new skills is important.
• Digital Skills: Knowledge of SEO, User Experience, accessible web design, Google Ads, social media, and email marketing. Experience with Google Ad Grants is preferred but not essential.
• Work Experience: Experience working for UK-wide organizations serving UK consumers or businesses, preferably in non-profit or membership sectors, with familiarity in setting up and optimizing Google Ad Grant campaigns.
