Job Title: Digital Manager

Location: Remote (must be based in the UK)

Remuneration: Up to £44.23 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Design and scale paid media programmes to drive quality traffic, leads, and scalable growth.
  • Manage paid search campaigns using AI, automation, and smart bidding, particularly for app installs.
  • Optimise channels and programmes for integrated campaigns.
  • Manage programmatic display and native campaigns for brand awareness and education.
  • Ensure exceptional campaign delivery, including ad creative, format, platform innovation, and optimisation.
  • Conduct comprehensive tracking and reporting for digital campaigns to facilitate advanced optimisation.
  • Lead digital channel delivery, ensuring agencies and partners meet all deliverable requirements.
  • Oversee campaign tracking for robust digital campaign measurement.
  • Collaborate with analytics, data science, and measurement teams to create digital channel reports.
  • Continuously review and optimise digital GTM processes.
  • Conduct segmentation testing—deep dive into audiences to enhance performance.
  • Innovate at landing page and form levels, assisting with SEO & CRO to improve organic performance.
  • Support SEO strategies to drive traffic growth and new prospect acquisition.
  • Deliver valuable insights to sales, product marketing, and management teams.
  • Utilise data-driven marketing to identify trends and make optimisation recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create growth roadmaps and develop optimisation plans.
  • Innovate, test, and optimise—own the testing and learning agenda.

Experience Required:

  • Performance marketing experience, ideally within a B2B SaaS, agency, or fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Proven experience managing agencies and budgets, with a strong focus on social and digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with Mar/Ad-tech, enrichment, routing, automation, nurture, activation, monetisation, and personalisation.
  • Proficiency in measurement tools, data analytics, and reporting tools like Google Data Studio and Salesforce.
  • Strong project management and communication skills, with experience working alongside privacy, legal, and engineering teams.
  • Comfortable navigating complexities and ambiguities across time zones to achieve results.
