Role
Overview

We are
seeking an experienced, commercially driven Digital Manager to oversee the
planning, execution, and optimisation of our digital strategy. This pivotal
role is responsible for using data analytics to drive digital marketing
performance, optimising our digital customer experience, as well as leading
e-commerce and conversion initiatives across our owned and paid channels.
You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to ensure that digital activities are
aligned with brand goals and commercial KPIs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop
    and implement the UK's digital marketing strategy, including paid media, website,
    social media, CRM and other digital channels
  • Manage
    the Puttshack UK CRM and PS Perks loyalty programmes (including customer
    journeys, the database management, segmentation and reporting of the programmes)
  • Collaborate
    with cross-functional team to ensure that broader marketing initiatives are
    integrated across all channels and that digital initiatives are integrated into
    the business
  • Own
    the UK digital marketing budget (CRM, Digital Paid Media and Web), working
    closely with finance to make sure budgets are managed and tracked effectively
  • Manage
    the UK Digital Agency to deliver a calendar of paid media digital campaigns
    that are optimised, on brand and deliver full funnel results
  • Lead
    the development, creation and execution of the company's content marketing
    strategy, ensuring that content and presence is optimised for search engines
    and social media platforms and aligned with business objectives.
  • Review
    and lead any integration of new digital systems, ensuring the UK business needs
    are met and systems fit for purpose
  • Ensure
    Puttshack UK is compliant with GDPR laws at all digital touchpoints, managing
    UK Perks and PS Cloud databases to high data hygiene standards
  • Drive
    the growth of PS databases, ensuring all touchpoints are continually optimised
    to help hit digital targets
  • Management
    of digital coupon codes for in-venue activations
  • Delivery
    of comprehensive monthly trade reporting and adhoc reports on all digital activity using
    tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data dashboards;
    deliver insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Oversee
    the design and development of the company's digital assets, including website
    and social media channels, ensuring they are user-friendly, engaging, and
    aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Stay
    up to date with digital marketing trends and technologies and recommend new
    strategies and tactics to enhance Puttshack’s digital presence.

Requirements:

  • Proven
    experience in a digital management role (+5 years), preferably within the
    hospitality or entertainment industry
  • Experience
    with content management and CRM systems (Wordpress, Braze and Punchh)
  • Strong
    analytical skills, with the ability to analyse and interpret complex data sets
    to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent
    communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and
    strategies to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Deep
    understanding of digital marketing channels, technologies, and best practices,
    including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, mobile, and web development.
  • Creative
    problem solver with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • The
