Role Description
The Digital Logistics Lead/Manager position, based in Reading, is a hybrid role. We are looking for someone to create the future technology vision for our Supply Chain Logistics operations, with a significant focus on hands-on technical architecture and design. You will partner with senior business analysts and functional leaders to analyse business flows, pinpoint areas for improvement, and support software implementations.

Salary: £45k - £50k, pa, depending on experience

Role: Permanent role

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Develop and Execute Digital Roadmap: Create a long-term technology vision and roadmap for logistics and supply chain, aligning it with overall business objectives.
2. Technology Advancements: Identify emerging technologies and recommend new digital technologies to the business.
3. Solution Architecting: Design and architect robust, scalable, and integrated digital solutions for various logistics functions.
4. Bridging Silos: Facilitate strong collaboration between logistics operations, IT, and other relevant departments.
5. Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
6. Qualifications: Master’s Degree (Preferred): Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent.
