Location: Whitbread Court (Dunstable) Hybrid – 3 days office-based, 2 days remote/site visits

Reports to: Head of L&D – Operations

Are you passionate about digital learning and driving impactful training solutions? We’re looking for a Digital Learning Manager to lead the development and delivery of engaging digital learning experiences that support our teams across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Leading the full lifecycle of digital learning solutions – from design and development to implementation and evaluation.
2. Managing our Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure seamless access to training materials.
3. Consulting with our content development team to design engaging e-learning content using various authoring tools and digital platforms.
4. Working closely with stakeholders to develop tailored digital learning strategies.
5. Managing relationships with third-party providers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
6. Driving innovation by researching and implementing new digital learning trends.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Extensive experience in digital learning and instructional design.
2. Strong knowledge of LMS platforms (preferably Totara or Eloomi).
3. Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., ADAPT, Adobe Creative Suite).
4. Excellent writing, editing, and content creation skills.
5. Strong stakeholder management and project management experience.
6. A passion for innovation in learning and development.
