Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Instructional Design, Human Resources, L&D, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital learning, instructional design, or L&D.
  • Strong knowledge of LMS platforms and experience with learning analytics.

Role Description;

To lead the design, implementation, and management digital learning strategy.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a digital learning strategy aligned with our clients organisational goals
  • Select, implement, and manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other digital learning tools and platforms.
  • Design and curate high-quality eLearning, microlearning, and blended learning solutions using instructional design best practices.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and business leaders to identify learning needs and advise, translate and communicate them into effective digital solutions.
  • Oversee the production of digital learning content, including video, interactive modules, and assessments.


Experience & Qualifications required to succeed:

  • Proven experience in Instructional Design, Human Resources, L&D or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital learning, instructional design, or L&D..
  • Strong knowledge of LMS platforms /worked on s RFP
  • Proven ability to lead digital learning projects with cross business teams end-to-end.
  • Experience with learning analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
