Overview

Morgan Hunt is delighted to be working in partnership with several Colleges and Sixth Forms across Southeast London. We are currently seeking Digital Learning Facilitators to support students and enhance digital learning experiences across our partner institutions.

Job Title: Digital Learning Facilitator
Location: Southeast London
Job Type: Temporary (Ongoing)

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of Learning Resource Centres and digital learning spaces, providing a welcoming and supportive environment for students.
• Actively engage with students to develop their learning skills (digital, study, research, and information), delivering both in-person and online sessions.
• Assist in creating and developing high-quality learning materials.
• Support students with the BKSB assessment process, ensuring a positive learner experience.
• Provide reports and feedback on the use of learning spaces and services, contributing to continuous improvement.
• Offer first-line IT support for students, including guidance with Microsoft Office, Wi-Fi, VLE access, and printing.
• Maintain and organize library management systems, learning resources, and collections.
• Represent the department and college in a professional manner at meetings and events.
• Take responsibility for ongoing professional development and contribute to the training of colleagues.

General Duties

• Comply with College policies and procedures, including Health & Safety.
• Actively promote safeguarding and equality principles within the College.
• Participate in staff training, development, and performance review processes.
• Undertake any other reasonable duties required to support departmental and college needs.
