About the Role

We are seeking an innovative Digital Learning Developer to design, develop, and implement digital learning programmes. This role combines educational expertise with technical proficiency to create engaging, effective learning experiences using advanced technologies including AI integration. Key areas of subject development are workforce development programs including soft skills, healthcare based programs and generative AI.

Main Duties
  • Learning Content Development
  • Design and develop interactive e-learning content and modules
  • Create engaging multimedia learning materials including videos, animations, and simulations
  • Develop adaptive learning pathways using AI-driven personalization
  • Convert traditional training materials into dynamic digital formats
  • Ensure content meets educational objectives and learning outcomes
  • Utilize AI tools to enhance learning content creation and delivery
  • Implement and manage learning management systems (LMS)
  • Integrate emerging technologies into learning solutions
  • Develop and maintain e-learning templates and frameworks
  • Ensure cross-platform compatibility and mobile responsiveness

Instructional Design
