A leading insurance company is seeking a Digital Learning Design Lead in Royal Tunbridge Wells on a 12-month contract. It's an exciting time to join the Learning and Development team at AXA, with significant investment planned across UK&I businesses to transform, streamline, and automate processes, and to develop our people. We are seeking a creative Digital Learning Design Lead on a 12-month fixed-term contract to create engaging learning experiences that enhance our employees' capabilities for today and the future.
You will collaborate with Learning and Development Managers to define requirements, success measures, and utilize data and insights to inform your design approach. With a keen eye for design and understanding of adult learning principles, you will craft visually compelling experiences that resonate with diverse audiences and align with our objectives.
At AXA, we promote flexible working, allowing employees to balance home and office work. You will work at least 40% of your week from your local office, with a transition to majority office-based work from September 2025. Locations include Tunbridge Wells, Bolton, Bristol, Glasgow, or Birmingham, with occasional visits to clients or industry events.
