A leading company in the recycling industry is seeking a Digital Learning Content Specialist to develop vibrant and impactful digital learning experiences. This role emphasizes creativity, stakeholder collaboration, and the use of cutting-edge digital tools to enhance employee development across the business. Join a dynamic team that values innovation and continuous improvement in a meaningful sector.
At EMR, we prioritize how people learn as much as what they learn. We are investing in supporting our people by making learning accessible, engaging, and impactful. We are seeking a Digital Learning Content Specialist to join our People Development team. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to design and create digital learning solutions across our organization, impacting areas such as behavioural development, SHEQ, leadership, apprenticeships, and talent development. With over 65 sites across the UK, you will have the opportunity to shape learning communication in a dynamic, evolving business.
Your daily tasks will vary. You might build interactive e-learning modules in Articulate 360, storyboard leadership development journeys, or create branded digital assets using Adobe Creative Suite. You will manage the full content lifecycle, from initial brief to final upload on our LMS, Dayforce. Staying current with digital learning trends, challenging the status quo, and innovating to improve performance will be key. You will also mentor our Learning Content Creator Apprentice, supporting their growth and sharing your expertise.
You are a creative individual passionate about high-quality digital learning experiences. You excel at transforming briefs into engaging content, with an eye for layout, accessibility, and user experience. You understand adult learning theories and can develop content independently using tools like Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Suite. Building strong relationships, listening, asking questions, and translating stakeholder needs into effective learning solutions are your strengths. Experience with LMS platforms, especially Dayforce, is advantageous, but your ability to learn quickly and stay organized is more important.
