My Client is seeking a motivated and innovative Digital Learning Consultant to join our dynamic team on a temporary basis. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of digital education within the health sector, ensuring the workforce is equipped with the latest skills and knowledge.

Role Overview: As a Digital Learning Consultant, you will be responsible for the creation, development, and delivery of cutting-edge digital learning solutions. Your work will directly impact the quality and effectiveness of training programmes, enhancing the overall learning experience for healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Development: Collaborate with programme contributors to design, develop, deliver, and review digital learning resources, including e-learning modules, training videos, podcasts, multimedia components, and mobile-ready resources such as apps.
  • Training Initiatives: Plan, develop, implement, and review various training initiatives to enhance the digital capabilities of staff and programme contributors.
  • Guidance & Support: Provide expert guidance on the use of digital learning technologies, supporting innovation, quality improvement, research, and evidence-based practice.

Experience & Qualifications: The successful candidate must demonstrate the following in their CV.

  • Educational Background: A University degree or recognised professional qualification (or equivalent/higher qualification) in an ICT discipline, plus a minimum of 3 years' experience in leading digital learning development/technology-enhanced learning, OR A minimum of 4 years' experience in leading digital learning development.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong IT skills, with proven experience using rapid authoring tools like Articulate 360 (Storyline and Articulate Rise) to develop e-learning programmes. Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (or equivalent) for image processing and video/audio editing.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated experience in leading the design and development of innovative e-learning solutions within an educational environment.
  • Driving Requirements: A full UK driving licence and access to a car, unless prevented by a disability, in which case suitable alternative transport arrangements should be made.
